When you use the products or services we provide—including websites, web pages, mobile applications, mini programs, and other service platforms that may emerge as technology evolves—we may collect and use your personal information. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is intended to explain how we collect, use, and manage your personal information and the rules that apply, in order to better safeguard your rights and interests.
This Policy applies to the EseeCloud app operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "EseeCloud"). This Policy also applies to users under the age of 18. Please refer to Section VI, "Protection of Minors," which specifically addresses the protection of minors' personal information. If you are the legal guardian of a minor, please read the relevant terms carefully and decide whether to consent to this Privacy Policy. We also urge you to educate and guide minors to enhance their awareness and ability to protect their personal information and to refrain from providing any personal data to service providers without your consent. If you are a minor user, please make sure to obtain your legal guardian's consent before using our products and services or submitting any personal information to us.
This Policy outlines how we collect, store, and process your information in various scenarios. However, we will only collect, store, and process your information when you enable the corresponding features or use the related services—solely for the purpose of providing those features or services. If you do not enable the relevant features or use the corresponding services, we will not collect, store, or process the associated information. In addition to this Policy, we may also provide you with real-time notices—such as through pop-ups or page prompts—to explain the purpose, scope, and method of information collection. These real-time notices form an integral part of this Policy and have the same legal effect. Please pay special attention to them.
Before using EseeCloud, please carefully read and fully understand this Policy, especially the clauses highlighted in bold, which you should review thoroughly. Only proceed to use the app after confirming your full understanding and agreement. If you do not agree to the content of this Policy, EseeCloud may not function properly or may not deliver the intended service experience. In that case, you should immediately stop accessing or using EseeCloud. If you have any questions about this Policy or matters related to it after reading, you may contact us via the feedback channels listed in Section VIII, "How to Contact Us." We will respond as soon as possible.
Please note: If you disclose your information in publicly visible areas within the app, that information may be collected and used by others. If you discover that your information is being improperly collected or used by others, you may contact us through the feedback channels listed in Section VIII, "How to Contact Us."
In order to provide you with stable and continuous services and ensure the security of your use of the product, we need you to provide basic registration or login information, including your mobile phone number, and create your account and username. If you only wish to use basic features such as searching and browsing, you do not need to register, log in, or provide the above information.
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements—or to meet the need for verifying the authenticity of your identity and ensuring system and service security—you may need to undergo identity verification before using certain features and services. In such cases, we may require you to provide real identity information, including your name, valid identification documents (such as ID card, passport, driver's license, or household registration booklet), phone number, and photo. If you do not provide the required identity information or provide false information, we may be unable to offer you the relevant features or services.
To perform identity verification, you agree and authorize us to provide, inquire about, and verify your identity information with relevant real-name authentication institutions (such as national authorities, public security departments, or their designated/cooperating institutions), either by ourselves or through authorized third parties.
You may also log in using an approved third-party platform account. When logging in with your mobile account or a third-party account, we will, with your authorization, access relevant information from that account (including: username, nickname, avatar, unique identifier, and friend relationships or other authorized information) to assist you with registration, login, and to enhance your overall experience with the product.

Only the current operation's relevant text or link snippets are read; clipboard history is not accessed.

When you use EseeCloud to upload and/or publish content or engage in interactive activities (such as customer service chats, sharing, or saving favorites), we will collect the information you upload, publish, or generate. Your nickname, avatar, and published content may be displayed as part of this service.
Please note: The content you publicly share may contain personal or sensitive personal information, which could be collected and used by others. Please consider carefully before disclosing such information. If the content you publish involves another person's personal information, you must obtain their consent before publishing. If you discover that someone is improperly collecting or using your information, you may contact us through the feedback channels listed in Section VIII, "How to Contact Us."
(1) When you place an order for specific goods and/or services or recharge within EseeCloud, we generate an order through the system to display your account's transaction information and ensure transaction security. We will collect your order details, including the order number, order creation time, and transaction amount, to help you view and manage your transactions. If you are purchasing physical goods, we will also need you to provide the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact number to ensure the successful delivery of the goods.
(2) To complete order payment, deliver goods or services, confirm transaction status, and provide after-sales support or dispute resolution, we will collect information related to your account, order, transaction, payment, and logistics based on the transaction parties, payment institutions, and logistics providers you choose. We may also share your transaction information with these service providers.
Recharge records, transaction, and consumption history are considered sensitive personal information. Collecting this information is necessary to complete the transaction. Without it, the transaction cannot be processed.
When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (such as personal information protection complaints or suggestions, other customer complaints, and requests), we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your user identity and ensure the security of your account and the system. To handle your requests, our customer service representatives may, within the scope of your authorization, query or verify your related information and use it only as necessary. If you refuse to provide or provide incorrect information, we may not be able to offer you corresponding support.
After confirming your identity, we will also keep your contact information (the contact details you used to reach us or other contact details you voluntarily provide), your communication/call records and content with us, and other necessary information related to your requests, in order to contact you, assist in resolving issues, or record the handling and results of related matters.
You understand and agree that during your use of EseeCloud, we may request access to system permissions as necessary to collect and use information related to those permissions. Before enabling such permissions, we will inform you of the purpose and seek your consent. If you do not agree, we will not enable the relevant permissions and will be unable to provide the services corresponding to those permissions.
(1) After you consent to granting storage access permission, you allow us to access your storage space so that you can download and save content, or use caching to enable corresponding services and features.
(2) After you consent to granting phone information access permission, you allow us to obtain your device information as a unique identifier of your device. This helps us provide pages and personalized content recommendations better suited to your needs, understand and improve product compatibility, identify abnormal statuses, and ensure the network and operational security of EseeCloud.
(3) After you consent to granting camera access permission, you can upload and capture photos/images/videos to publish content and comments, conduct live video streaming, or communicate with customer service for verification purposes.
Notes on specific feature permissions: If you wish to disable any of the permissions granted for using the above specific features, most mobile devices support this. Please refer to or contact your mobile device service provider or manufacturer for detailed instructions. You may also contact our online customer service for assistance. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use related information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, you revoke that authorization, and we will no longer collect or use related information based on that permission, nor can we provide the services related to it. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect information collection and use conducted prior to your revocation of authorization.
If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this Policy or to collect additional personal information not mentioned, we will seek your separate consent in accordance with the law via page prompts, pop-ups, or other methods.
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may process your personal information without obtaining your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
(1) When necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party;
(2) When necessary for the personal information processor to perform statutory duties or legal obligations;
(3) When necessary to respond to public health emergencies, or in emergency situations to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons;
(4) When processing your personal information within a reasonable scope for news reporting or public opinion supervision in the public interest, in accordance with the law;
(5) When processing your personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed or that has been lawfully disclosed by others, within a reasonable scope and in accordance with the law;
(6) Other circumstances as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
Based on the personal information we have obtained from you (such as your browsing and search history, device information, order information, advertising data), we may extract features related to your browsing and search preferences, behavioral habits, and location information by combining one or more of the above items, in order to provide you with more tailored page displays and personalized content and advertising. This behavior may affect your experience with EseeCloud. If you do not wish to receive personalized recommendation services, you can review the management options in the application and disable the corresponding features.
During the normal operation of your device (such as when enabling monitoring functions), scene image information collected (hereinafter referred to as "camera-captured information") and other aforementioned information may, with your separate explicit consent, be used for the following purposes before being anonymized and desensitized (removing information that can identify you personally):
a. Cooperation with legally operating business institutions, for AI model training, technological iteration, and product innovation;
b. External sharing necessary to achieve the above cooperation purposes, limited to the essential business links of the partners;
c. Internal research, algorithm training, and data analysis to improve product performance (such as optimizing image recognition accuracy).
If you do not provide separate consent, we will only use anonymized data for model training and will not store any personally identifiable information.
In the event of information sharing, we will require the third parties receiving such information to strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations on data security protection, adopt industry-standard security measures such as encrypted transmission, access control, and security audits, and use the information solely for the explicit purposes stated above, not for other uses.
You have the right to withdraw your authorization for the use of the above-mentioned camera-captured information at any time. You may do so through the relevant settings in the application or by contacting online customer service. After withdrawing your authorization, we and third parties will stop further use of unprocessed information, but this will not affect the processing already carried out based on lawful authorization.

If you use such services provided by third parties through our platform, you agree that your information may be directly collected and processed by them.
We will assess the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of these third parties collecting personal information, require them to implement protective measures for your personal data, and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
These third-party services are operated by the respective third parties. Your use of such services (including any information you provide to them) is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, rather than this Privacy Policy. You should carefully review their terms. This policy only applies to the personal information we collect and does not apply to any services provided by third parties or the rules they follow for handling information. If you identify any risks associated with such third-party services, we recommend that you cease using them to protect your lawful rights and interests and contact us promptly.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, division, dissolution, bankruptcy declaration, or other similar situations, your personal information may need to be transferred. We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
With your explicit consent or if you proactively choose to disclose, we may publicly release the specific personal information you designate;
When required by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, or due to mandatory administrative enforcement or judicial requests, we may publicly disclose your personal information in accordance with the law. Subject to compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive such requests for information disclosure, we will require the requesting party to provide legal documents, such as a subpoena or investigation letter.
In general, we retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and as required by applicable laws and administrative regulations.
If we cease our services or operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information and will notify you in advance in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period following the termination of services or operations (information that has been anonymized no longer constitutes personal information), except where laws or regulatory authorities provide otherwise.
If you request to delete your account, voluntarily delete personal information, or your data has exceeded the necessary retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required to retain it by applicable laws or regulations.
Personal information collected within the territory of the People's Republic of China is stored domestically. If cross-border transfer is required, we will separately request your explicit authorization and ensure that the transfer complies with national laws, regulations, and the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities to provide sufficient protection for your personal information.
We highly value information security and have established a dedicated security team, taking all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information:
We employ industry-standard security measures, including establishing sound internal policies and implementing secure technologies to prevent unauthorized access, use, or modification of your personal information, and to avoid data breaches or loss.
Our services use de-identification and various encryption technologies. We encrypt your personal information using technologies such as SSL and isolate it through technical means to protect it.
When using personal information—such as for data display or correlation—we apply multiple data masking techniques to enhance its security.
We also implement strict access controls and multi-factor authentication mechanisms to prevent unauthorized use of data.
We maintain an industry-leading data security management system centered around data and covering the entire data lifecycle. This includes organizational construction, policy formulation, personnel management, and product technologies to enhance system-wide security.
We enforce data classification and grading systems, data security management standards, and secure development protocols to regulate the storage and use of personal information.
We sign confidentiality agreements with data handlers and implement monitoring and audit mechanisms for comprehensive security control.
We conduct regular security and privacy protection training to enhance employee awareness and understanding of our personal information protection policies and procedures. Access to your personal information is granted only to employees and partners on a need-to-know basis, with strict access controls and monitoring in place. We also require all individuals who may access your personal information to fulfill confidentiality obligations. Failure to comply may result in legal liability or termination of the partnership.
While the internet environment is not 100% secure, we will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any personal information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management safeguards are breached, resulting in unauthorized disclosure, public release, alteration, or loss of personal information that affects your lawful rights and interests, we will notify you promptly and assume corresponding legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
To address potential risks such as personal information leakage, tampering, or loss, we have established policies that define classifications, grading standards, and handling procedures for security incidents and vulnerabilities. We have also set up an emergency response team that activates security plans based on incident categories, takes mitigation measures, analyzes causes, identifies the source, formulates remedies, and works with relevant departments to investigate and mitigate risks.
We conduct regular internal training and emergency drills to ensure staff are prepared to handle incidents effectively. In the event of a potential or actual data security incident, we will take remedial actions and promptly inform you of the incident's basic facts, possible impacts, measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for your own risk mitigation, and any remedies we can offer. We will notify you via email, letter, phone, or push notifications. If it is difficult to notify each individual, we will use reasonable and effective means to make a public announcement. We will also report the incident response status to the regulatory authorities as required.
Please understand that due to technical limitations and the constraints of risk prevention, even though we have taken all reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee 100% information security at all times. Once you withdraw your consent, we will no longer be able to provide the corresponding services, and will cease processing your related information. However, your withdrawal of consent does not affect prior processing based on your authorization.
In certain business functions, we may rely solely on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, such as information systems or algorithms. If these decisions significantly impact your legal rights, you have the right to request an explanation, and we will provide appropriate remedies.
If a user of this product has passed away, their close relatives may contact us using the channels listed in Section VIII "How to Contact Us" of this policy to exercise their legal rights over the deceased's personal information.
